The Haber process, also called the Haber–Bosch process, is an artificial nitrogen fixation process and is the main industrial procedure for the production of ammonia today.
It is currently estimated to keep 4 billion people alive but is due to run out in about 100 years.
The search is on to find a replacement for the artificial fixation of niotrogen using natural gas and save the lives of 4 billion people.
